Subject of the service

Radar Exynax grants a temporary, non-exclusive license to access its commercial intelligence platform, OSINT monitoring, and information acquisition. You understand that data is derived from public sources and third-party analytics tools and may contain errors.

Payment processing

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Radar Exynax does not store full card payment data on its own servers.

Cancellations and refunds

After payment is completed, cash refunds or card chargebacks are not offered. In specific cases, any compensation may be issued only as platform credits.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Extracting, reverse engineering, or redistributing Radar Exynax data for third-party commercial purposes without prior authorization is prohibited. Sharing access credentials is prohibited and may result in suspension without refund.

Privacy

By proceeding, you agree to our Privacy Policy and authorize processing of your registration data for account maintenance and transactional email communications.
